To What Extent does Gotham's Judicial System make Accurate and Logical Decisions as to Where Criminals are Detained?

This analysis was written for my senior seminar class, The Dark Knight Exposed. The focus of this class was on analyzing the themes and psychology of various characters within the DCU, primarily Batman and his associated villains. As Batman is already one of my special interests/hyper-fixations, this class was incredibly interesting and helped me develop a new way to view Batman, his villains, and other fictional heroes/villains/etc. This also overlapped my interests in not only Batman but in psychology.
